• LEAD TIME: 1 to 5 weeks depends on buyers’ purchase order quantity.

• DELIVERY WAY: By sea, air or courier agreed with buyers

• TIME OF TRUCK DELIVERY TO SEA OR AIR PORT: Ningbo: In 2 days; Shanghai: in 3 days

• TIME OF ON-BOARD AFTER CUSTOMS DECLARATION: 3 to 4 days.

• EXCEPTIONAL CONDITION: if customs routine check encountered, 1 to 7 days will be delayed

• TIME OF SEA OR AIR FREIGHT: depends on destination port

WARRANTY POLICY

We offer new hose replacement due to customers' complaint on quality problem:

• Shelf (storage) life warrant ordinary temperature, keep in dark place: 2 years from manufacturing date

• Installation and use of warrant: 1 Years from manufacturing date  

• Silicone hoses without fluorosilicone is not oil and furl resistance, so we do not offer above warrant 

• if custmers applied not fluorosilicone lined hoses to oil an fuel condition.

• Life span of silicone hoses are much longer than ordinary rubber hoses.
