This time, the main treatment part is the leakage of many hydraulic pipe fittings of the air preheater and the slag dryer. Polymer composite materials are used to treat the leakage on the site. After the repair of the equipment, the operation effect is very good, meeting the established requirements of the enterprise. The specific repair steps are as follows:

1. The leakage surface of the hydraulic pipeline shall be polished to ensure that the surface is rough;

2. Wipe the polished parts with anhydrous ethanol to ensure that the repaired parts are clean and dry;

3. Mix the Fushilan 2296 material in proportion and apply it to the repair site;

4. After the 2296 material is cured, apply Fushilan 3223 rubber material.
